Cancellation Policy
For stays during the low season, from April 12 to June 30, 2026, and from August 17 to December 22, 2026, cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival will incur no charges. In the event of cancellation 20 days or less before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Likewise, no-shows or early departures will be subject to the full reservation charge.
During the Easter period, considered high season and running from March 27 to April 11, 2026, the same conditions will apply: free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival and full charge for cancellations made 20 days or less prior to arrival. No-shows and early departures will also result in the full charge of the reserved stay.
For reservations with stay dates during Christmas and New Year — from December 22, 2025, to January 3, 2026, and from December 23, 2026, to January 3, 2027 — cancellations made up to 8 days prior to arrival will incur no charges. Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will result in a penalty equivalent to two nights’ stay. The same penalty will apply in the event of a no-show or early departure.
Finally, for stays during the high season between January 4 and March 26, 2026, as well as from July 1 to August 16, 2026, cancellations will be free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. From 20 days before arrival onwards, the full reservation amount will be charged, including in cases of no-show or early departure.
